Respected Experts, My friend is working in Army Public School (private Institute run by AWES society) he was on contractual basis for 3 years and renew again for 3 years. In such a way he has completed 9 years in that school .
But after such a long term principal said to him renewed contract is ending on 23 July 2019 so see job here and there. And education officer that whenever we want we will hire & whenever we want we can fire. Kindly let me know legal remedy against it. And one order against society was also passed by Honb'le supreme Court.
As per the attached SC news/view, your friend deserve the regular/permanent appointment, but at first he has to apply to the concerned Principal after the expiry of his contract (which is valid till 23 July 2019) and subsequent to his written reply approach the appropriate HC for suitable relief.
