Yes. A shareholder has a right to request copies of the resolutions passed by the company.
Dr. J C Vashista (Advocate ) 02 July 2025
The company is liable and duty bound to supply copy of resolution(s) to its shareholder(s).
Is it realy a legal dispute for consideration and obligation of experts ??

Dear Dr JC VAshishta sir
I like this forum as I associate with forum since last 10 years but I seen every time you take great efforts to create pressure on quriest by your soft wording instead of proper reply. It's humble request to you if you really don't want to guide us to solve our question then please ask us to exit from forum. As the wording you used is feel us insulting every time.
Pls take note
T. Kalaiselvan, Advocate (Advocate) 03 July 2025
Yes, as a shareholder, you have the right to demand a copy of a resolution passed four years ago, provided it is a company record.
Companies are generally required to maintain records of resolutions and meeting minutes for a certain period, often 10 years.
You can request to inspect these records at the company's registered office or designated address.
