Complaint against cbse school

Sir ,the principal mam tore the contract letter infront of me in her cabin.i just have the form of teaching staff details they sended to me ,wts up grp they have added to me and the call details with them where I'm asking them about when to join and they are just making excuses telling nothing ,and said we will call u then u start

Law cannot compel the school to employ you. But you are entitled for compensation, in the given facts.

No sir i haven't received my original documents from school, principal mam threaten me that I will tore that too,and do whatever u can do.

You can lodge a criminal complint against her for the acts of threatening, intimidation, abusive behavior and other illegal acts unleashed against you, this may fetch you some relief if police interfere.

Yes sir, I thank you all and this platform for immensely helping instantly to me. I went to police station,they lodge NC against her, yesterday called school to present her in police station but she didn't come,sent two men frm school to police station,and now they are saying sorry sir we were not saying that we won't appoin you,we will give appointment and all that,police insist them to call mam as complaint is against her,now she's saying she will be there on Monday.

Your priority ought to be in getting back the original certificates. Police can certainly prevent these types of extortious practices.

Sir as school told me to visit Monday I went with My friend.There they told me to go to director cabin lonely not with friend but I insist that he will be with me.After going to cabin there was a member of school body we sat on chair,then principal mam came and again threaten,she told my friend to go outside it's our problem not yours bt he didn't go,then she told me to stand up and stand their why you seated and told office boy to collect our mobile and lock room and was abusing.That they also she abused me gave a caste based remark.So me and my friend got afraid why she is collecting mob and saying to lock room.We went to police station describe the event.She also came to police with staff and file NC against me that he came and was threating me.Police interefare and told us to sort and return my documents and compensation.I narrated the whole incident of that day and of monday.So police have registered FIR against her on atrocity act. And process is going on. Panchnama has done in school on 1st July by DySP.Kindly want legal advice further

What is the purpose of narrating each and every day events here in subsequent posts, you can approach this forum if you require any legal opinion and do not keep narrating eveery day's events here, as the matter has been reported to police and the police has already registerd FIR, you may follow it up properly.
