Advocate misconduct

An advocate filing a vakalat for case and the same advocate filing absent petition petition for its countercase. Hope the direction of the outcome of the case will leads to disaster if it continues. It's a kind of misconduct in advocates act. How can I stop this? Will this advocate get punished if I complaint in bar council?

Thanks in advance for all the experts for your valuable opinion.

You have stated, inter alia, that,

"An advocate filing a vakalat for case and the same advocate filing absent petition petition for its countercase........"

What is meant from the term "absent petition", if it is a true and not a time pass post??????

How can an Advocate appear for both sides, that is professional misconduct and a complaint should be filed in BCI with proof, his registration will be cancelled

File a complaint with the state bar council of your state. The bar council will investigate the matter and take appropriate action if necessary.

It is a gross misconduct to appear for the opposite party also by the same advocate in the same case, you can submit a complaint with details and documentary evidences against the advocate with the bar council
