Is there any latest notification regarding sec 32 (G) and 32M of Maharashtra tenancy act? Please guide.

Sir . Deemed tenants with whom agreement to sale and poa is registered. Development agreement is executed with original owners. Now we want to execute a conveyance. No certificate is issued how to proceed
