Civil money suit

plaintiff has filed a civil money suit for demanding refund of money based on a notarized (unregistered ) sale agreement submitted to court as a documentary evidence

plaintiff has paid court fee and defendant has not appeared..

most likely, plaintiff will get expatriat next hearing.

now, in order to implement the order for money recovery, plaintiff will probably need to file another petition..

can anyone answer whether plaintiff needs to pay any other fee to court (apart from already paid court fee) when another petition is filed for executing the order ?

is there any rule that court will charge certain percentage of the sale value mentioned in agreement in order to enforce the payment of refund ?

There is no court fee payable in filing an execution petition to execute the court judgment/orders through an executing court.

Court fee of few rupees is needed on filing execution petition.

how much is that ? is that amount certain percentage of the sale value mentioned in the agreement ? or is it some amount mentioned based on some standard table depending on the amount to be recovered ?
