8.5% would be wife found pregnant

In Jabalpur, the district administration conducted pregagncy test of would be brides. 8.5% of the brides were found pregnant. The National Commission for women, rather than taking into consideration the fraud played by women on the men and on the institution of marriage, got angry at the administration. The report says,

According to the state women’s commission, the tests were conducted on all 152 brides at the Mukhyamantri Kanyadan Yojana held in Shahdol district on June 30. After the tests, 13 girls were sent back because ‘‘they were pregnant’’, says the commission, which has asked the DM to conduct a probe into alleged human rights violations.
‘‘It’s a violation of human rights and dignity of a woman,’’ Amita Chapra, a member of the commission, told TOI on Sunday. ‘‘I have asked the district collector to submit a detailed report within seven days.’’ The commission has asked the district authorities to explain under what rule such a medical test was conducted on the girls and who ordered the tests. The order from the commission to conduct an inquiry came on Saturday.
The Kanyadan Yojana has so far seen marriages of nearly 90,000 couples in the state.
Unquote.
Pregnancy test is violation of human rights. Stopping pregnant girls from defrauding men into marriage is a human rights violation. State effort to refuse to be a party of such fraud by women is a human rights violation. Such women must be prosecuted for cheating, for it is nothing but cheating the would be husband.
Pregnant would be wife- it is another reason for not getting married.

Caution:

Government and NCW may draft new IPC498B - person whoever refuse to marry pre-impregnated woman will be punished.......

Anything possible in india.....

Because in india everybody thinks that "honour and chastity" is patent property  of women only. Men don't have "honour" in the society.

Prominent example: IPC498A  - without any reason/evidence anybody can file false case against husband and his relatives. No punishement for the false case. Men have no "honour"  so they can go to jail for the false case and come back to their normal life!

Well Aatma, I do not really blame the State. State is nothing but a collections of us. For such emasculation of men, such degradation of their honour and soul, such robbery of their property & self esteem, such rape of men's liberty and right to justice- I really blame men only. Situation have changed and they do not understand the changed situation.

They are not able to understand that relationship of marriage has changed, yes they understand it when they are taken into custody under Section 498A. They do not understand that workplace is likely to change with enactment of Sexual Harassment Act- thus if you are lucky in marriage, you may find an extortionist collegue at workplace (I will come out with an analysis of the provisions of draft Act soon). They do not understand that with maintenance laws, alimony laws, changes in Succession Act, property relation has changed.

Men still see women as sati savitri abla nari. This image was historically developed by society to protect women. Now, that image is exploited by women group for sinister design against men. This tinted vision has to change. Till the time such tinted vision in men continues, they will keep on suffering.

HAPPY SUFFERING MEN, CHEERS.
