I have prepared the draft of notice which want to give but I want a advocate for the behalf of give this notice I will complete all formalities with newspaper agency and payment etc, can you help me in this regards for giving a authority letter on your letter head with mentioning I am your client and you are giving this ad behalf of me. Y makes a complaint to the Metropolitan Magistrate against X after 10 months of the commission of the offence. Can the said Court take cognizance of that offence?

Sir,I have a commercial shop in Mumbai which is on Pagdi system. I pay the rent to the landlord. But the propety is on Collectors land. My query is if the property goes for redevelopment under Mhada's SRA scheme will I get the shop in the new building as I have proof like rent receipts, electricity bill and the Shop and establishment certificate of my staying there since 1998 and not from 1995 as required for the SRA Scheme.
