    Dear friend, I am also a consumer activist and pracising in the same field but I am junior to you in practise. However I would like to request you provide me the citation of a case reported in 1990s. the case is - one student was traveling in A.P express from Secundrabad to Nijamudin(New Delhi) . During his journy he consumed some cups of tea from the authorised venders of penetary car attached to the said train.They have charged 1 rupee insted of 80 paisa and for that he had filed case before the Rangareddy district consumer Forum thereafter it went upt supreme court and ultimately the consumer own the case. Please try to provide some material on the point.

    sir let me inform that whether u.p. assistant publice prosecution exam which would have been taken place in the month of september of this year ,had held or when held .Because i have filled -up this exam but i have not got any letter of exam date or roll noumber of this exam ,so pls sir solved my this contingencies.
