    respected sir, in a land related problem(in 1995),high court ordered my father to go in lower court for the title suit.but now my father is not in this world.now(after a long period of 15 years),whether i can go for the title suit or not? what is the time bound to go for a title suit? is there any time bound for a civil case of 145 CRPC.? please reply in details..

    I planned to purchase a flat within the limit of Thane Municipal that’s why I want to give a Public Notice in local daily newspaper. I have prepared the draft of notice which want to give but I want a advocate for the behalf of give this notice I will complete all formalities with newspaper agency and payment etc, can you help me in this regards for giving a authority letter on your letter head with mentioning I am your client and you are giving this ad behalf of me.     sir i am a petioner in a mutual divorcee between me and my husband .he agreed to give me alimony but he had not agreed to give it by DD or cheque insted of it he deposited it in court treasury and this amount will be given to me after the judgement when divorcee is granted . is this money safe or he may cheat me without giving me alimony once i singned divorcee paper .please suggest me

    dear members, require your expert advice, can a Single bench of HC sitting in writ jurisdiction, refuse to consider the judgement of the same HC delivered in a civil suit in the exactly same facts and circumstances merely becoz that judegemnt was passed in civil suit....and preposition of law laid down by the HC in civil suit will not apply to writ petitions..... please provide the opinions as well as the case law if possible....
