dear sir , greetings sir with this i would like to bring in your notice that i purchased a nokia phone worth of 12000/- six months back but yesterday suddenly my phone is dead so i reached to nokia care first they took 45 mins to update me that some liquid goes into it but i tell them from the date of purchasing my cell never in touch with wate either never fell down on floor but they said we can,t do any thing if you want you have to pay for that but my cell is in under warranty and when i ask them if i go for a servicing that how i need to pay for that so they told me you need to pay 4250/- and that lady was too rude with me when i ask her can i speak with your manager of some superior so she rudely replied iam the manager overhere . sir pls help me i have to teach them a lesson pls advise me

I have faced (1) Cruelty & brutality by my husband & his family members, My husband has (2) Deserted me & my kids by not taking any responsibility of running the family expenditure as a Head of the Family till the day we got separated & after separation also never boarded any expenditure nor for me nor for my kids, By my husband & his family I have gone though a tough time on (3) Religious conversion, I have been suffered a lot by my husband & his family member's where (4) Domestic violence gone though in my entire married life, My husband have (5) Addictions e.g. Gambling He use to take money and gold from the house, this issue was taken to the notice of the elder’s several times but did not corrected himself. filed for Divorce on 2nd Jan 2010 & DVC sep 2010. Got court order on DVC for protection orders and maintenace where my husband has never paid the amount till date. how can i make my cases to go faster for closures. I want divorce ...Rgs//Beena

Action on Secretary of Apartment Owners Welfare Association. I am a member in our new apartment welfare association since 6 months in Chennai (TN). The Secretary is very very irresponsible and serves different menu for different people. The Secretary is very very short tempered and uses abusive language in you ask him any questions or does not listen to him. In short he is a HITLER type. Everyone is scared of the Secretary of the association because he is having close contacts with the builder of the apartment and is infact working for builder also besides his wife is owning the flat in the apartments. Recently I had serious verbal arguments with the Secretary because I got vexed up with this irresponsible behaviour. Since then he stopped talking to me. He (Secretary) avoids me. He also warned me that he will Cut Water Supply to my Flat and will not accept any Monthly Maintenance charges from me. I understand his mind and he is waiting for me for a default in Monthly Maintenance charges. He has told all people working / security / cleaning & maintenance staff in the apartment to neglect me. He started harassing me by not accepting Monthly Maintenance Charges from me. I am really worried with his behaviour. I informed to President of our association but he is help less because the Secretary is having close contacts with Builder as builder is owing 40 flats in the apartment. Please advise me what sort of action I can take on this Secretary of Apartment Flat Owners Welfare Association because he is not collecting Monthly Maintenance from me and threatening to disconnect water supply. Everyone supports Secretary because of his nature and close relationship with the builder. Please advice what action I can take on this Secretary of Apartment Owners Association. How I can protect my Rights without loosing my Self Respect. Thanks in advance. Manjunath Chennai
