i met with an car accident few days back on highway while i was goin towards amravati, a two wheeler came in front of my car and we got hit, both the person on two wheeler where badly injured and laterly one of them died, the police conducted a punchanama and other process, laterly i was arrested and finaly got bail on 2nd day the police have charged me under ipc section 279/337/388/304A i have a valid driving licence,valid car insurance, plz help me out m i in a big trouble??

S Y Chandrachud says : Bank Auction Sale
Bank given Auction Notice for Sale of Bank Car. There is no any reserve price mentioned in notice. I fill the form with earnest money Demand Draft. I am the highest bidder & car alloted to me. Name & signature is taken on Bank's Register. Next day I reach to bank for balance amount payment but they had told me your proposal sent to Head office. You have to make balance payment after approval from H.O. After eight days bank tells me they had made valuation of car which is higher than i had bidded. Hence Car will not be alloted to me. What is the solution for me ?

Good after Sir, My Father is a senior citizen and was a photographer in past. He owns a Unit in a cooperative housing society where he used to run his studio. Now he rents this place but now the society asks for NOC from him of rupees 3000 which more than his actual maintenance charges. He gets a rent of 20000 and additional 3000 is something which is extra for him. Please suggest what can be done. Thank you, Your advice will be highly appreciated. Laxmiprasad
