Dear Sir/Mam, I want to inform you that my parents has uneducated. now i want to enroll form for take senior citizen identity card, so how can do this because my parents uneducated so we cann't able to show Leaving certificate also any identity therefore it's show my parents actual age..?? so how can possible this..?? we cann't take any benefit provide by Government &others..! must suggest me sir therefore we can proceeds....!! your positive response appreciated......!! The Plaintiffs seeking Injunction against electrical poles to be erected in roadside government land near their house. At present court have granted interim stay on the transmission work against Power Corporation ignoring the right given under section 164 of electricity act 2003. and now the plaintiffs after getting the interim stay are lingering, the case as the balance as per law is not in their favour and so they are using section of in rejection of application under O11 R11,12 and 115, O1 R10 of CPC, and now transfer of the case, and the Court is not very supportive in passing the judgement even despite learning that the work is done to the rule. and now the plaintiffs have admitted a revision against the rejection of application under O1 R10 of CPC and the same has been admitted and the documents have been summoned by the Senior Division from the Junior Divion. Sir my question is this case be directly challenged in High Court directly even though the case is still pending in the Lower Court.

hi,i find that my husband is having an extra marital affair and carrying on with a girl who is half his age.this is goin on now since 3 years and im a little worried about the security of me and my children.we own a flat (our only asset)which is in joint names of me and my husband and the papers are with the bank as he had taken a loan and most of the installments are paid. what are the steps i should take if i want the papers to be with me.also,he has been presurrising me to sell d flat..can he sell the flat without my signature or by forging my signature if he gets the papers..and also what are the other steps i shud take ...Pls guide as i would be very thankful
