    I have a query and will be grateful if you can share your views on the same. I am the 3rd owner of a flat in a registered CHS and staying there since the last 18 years. The 1st owner who purchased the flat from the builder has it registered but the 2nd owner and myself have not registered the property (stamp duty has been paid in all the 3 transactions). Will there be any difficulty in case I find a buyer who wishes to avail of a bank loan, since the property is not registered?, Thanking you in advance.

    U/s 36 of SARFAESI Act, the time limit to issue notice u/s. 13(2), u/s. 13(4) action against mortgaged immovable properties 1. Within 12 years period is calculated from the date of creation of equitable mortgage on immovable properties and date 13(2) & 13(4) notices? 2. Within 12 years period is calculated from NPA of credit facilities and date of 13(2) & 13(4) notices. which one is correct or both are correct sir.

    sir my name is sivaprasad, and i want to change my name to "kishor".my ssc,intermediate,b,tech certificates are with sivaprasad name.if we imagine now my name kishor,now if i want to apply a Govt. job then, with what name i have to apply? either sivaprasad or kishor?
