    Respected Sir: My mother's side ancestral property (they are 3 sons and 2 daughters out of them 1 son and 1 daughter are deceased) do we have writes in it (we are 2 sons and 1 daughter for our Mother). Do we have the writes to claim for the property. My mother has signed past one year back after mutual understanding that they will give one acre of agricultural land and previously our mother's mother had written a WILL of her's house which is falling due to lack of repair by them and it has come to our position as per WILL but the agricultural land and some other properties are not but my mother who loves their brothers have come to conclusion that if she get one acre of land she will sign for them (it was mutual understanding with them and with other relatives who present at the time of discussion). After that, my mother went and signed that she has no writes in the property and she has claimed what she has got in that letter, they have mentioned only one house which our grandmother has given to our mother through will but not the one acre of land and they have mentioned in the letter 3 lacks of rupees has been given but it has not been given to my mother (after only they have told that they will give one acre of land) and now they have not giving the one acre of land which they have said. What we have to do in this regard. It has been one year she has signed the letter in the Taluk Panchyath Office. Please help us in this regard.

    I am writing to seek your guidance and assistance in one of the cases that we are dealing with right now and finding it difficult to proceed further in absence of an appropriate case law on the subject matter. My client appeared in HAS examination and attained 599 marks whereas the top ranker attained 607 marks in total. She has scored above 70% marks in every subject except for hindi language paper in which she was able to score 39 marks only (the passing marks being 40). The answer sheet acquired through RTI reveals that my client was failed in the abovementioned paper deliberately owing to the fact that clear overwriting was done by examiner while checking the paper. We are in search of an authority which can convince the court that the answer sheet be produced in the court for examination. The tampering with the marks in the answer sheet has to be proved in the court so that my client is able to sit for the interview. I shall be highly grateful to you if you can help me out with this case.

    Hi sir, We are a tenant of a commercial property since more than 40 years in which my grand father and my father was doing business. we have maintained that property in terms of structural maintenance with regularly paid rent slips and electricity bills. when my grandfather died, owner of that property file a suit for eviction, as my father doing business over there the decision of district court was given in favor of my father. In 2011 my father was died and after that i takeover the possession of said property and owner of said property charged me some amount to change the name in rent slip. i have paid the amount and the rent slip was name/favor of me but the property is locked since 2011 because i working/doing job in a private company. i am also maintaining that property as my father did in terms of paid rent or electricity bills etc, i usually open that property twice or thrice in a month. The owner of that property was a wealthier/financially strong man and he does not have any requirement for the said property. In recent days i got a news that owner of said property that the same has been sold/collaborated with some builder and they are asking/threatening me for eviction of that property. He is also giving me option to purchase the said property but in lieu of high amount more than market value and also giving me option to release that property in very nominal/small amount. sir kindly suggest me what to do because i don't want to release that premises.

    Hi We are having a petty shop in bangalore form 23 years and have paid all the rents for all the month till now . the owner had ORALLY promised us not to vacate the shop for the next two years and we have not made any agreement in writing . NOW Yesterday his grand son came to us and told to vacate the property immediately or else he will forcibily makes to vacate the property . The Shop is run by my Mother from past 20 years is there any provision In LAW ( in eyes of the court) if we take this case to the Court . will be at the advantageous side as the shop is run by a women...
