Help me please. i am in trouble. i need a advice. i dont have too much money to spend in court.. Actually we have shifted to a new rental house in chennai. At the beginning they said us to pay 30000rs as advance(security deposit) and 5000rs as rent per month. So that they have prepared a document like that for 11months. After 14months they are asking us to pay 500rs extra per month. We agreed for that.. But problem is that we cant pay that extra money due to some finanical so planned to shift from that house. So that we informed him, as we are vacating our house by this month end so kindly return back our advance. But he is saying that i wont give ur money. You people cheated us, i thought u will be there for more than 2years so that only i gave my house for 5000rs, if not so 6000rs only. So u peoples have give that remaining money for that 14months i.e 14000rs. He is saying that i will take that money from your security deposit. This is really hurting us, we are not so wealthy. We cant even pay 500rs extra per month so only we planned to vacate but now they are cheating us! Please clear me what to do?

sir my cousin brother want to marry a girl who is already married , and this girl's marraige is only on paper and they do not stay together ever, mrg is just for name purpose and now they ready for divorce by Mutual Consent but quiry is about, my cousin want to register for court mrg with this girl, so it is necessory for girl to take devorce before they will register in court for mrg with my cousin and another quiry is about girl,her earlier court marrige is in another state, now this girl can register for divorce from delhi or from other state, and and it is total days for this procedure, it can be possile in day or week if both parties are ready for devorce?and document require for divorce procedure? please mention about state , it is neccessory to register for divorce from same state ?

I HAVE MY ON HOUSE IN KOTA RAJASTHAN ...HICH IS REGISTERED ON MY NAME..2 YEARS BACK MY YOUNGER BROTHER HO USED TO LIVE IN HOUSE AT RENT ITH HIS FAMILY....wAS THRON AAY BY HIS ONER ...DUE TO NOT PAY RENT FROM 1 MONTHS...HIS CHILDREN BEGGED ME TO GIVE THEM ROMM ..SO I LET THEM LIVE IN MY HOUSE BUT NO THEY ARE NOT GOING FROM MY PROPERTY AND CLAIMING THAT THEY HAVE SHARE IN MY PROPERTY....HAT SHOULD I DO ....PLEASE GIVE ME IDEA

Sir, I would like to know whether an amendment to Partnership be called a Codicil. For that matter any Supplementary Deed or Amendment Deed be called a Codicil in general.
