  • Tanmoy Chakraborty says : employer not giving salary for the last 6 months.
I am working with a Software development company for the last two years. Before 6 months our company stop to pay our salary. Every time I have asked to my HR regarding that but reply is same. Also I have mailed to her every month. She told salary will be on 1st week, after 1st week she says 20th of the current month and after 20th she says next month 1st week. It is still going on. I have total due of approx 80 thousand. I have a 2 years service bond which is ends on 31st April, 2015. Now what will be my step to force them. Please suggest.

Sir, One of my friend was working with an MNC as International Sales Manager. He worked with that company for 2.5 years. He resigned one month back. But the Company's Director didn’t want to let him go as the company will suffer business loss due to his resignation. After many ifs’ & buts’ he finally resigned and his resignation was accepted by the Director and clear off full & final dues from the Company. Now the Company's Director want to investigate the reimbursement of expenses taken by him during his employment period. Although it's a part of his salary package. Director start checking out each & every Travelling Bills, Conveyance Bills, Hotels Bills, Telephone Bills, Food Bills, Medical Bills, etc claimed by him as reimbursement from the company. If any fake bill was submitted & found during that investigation, the director will sue him for Fraud. As discussed with him (My Friend), he told me that during his employment period he submitted all bills correctly (original copy) EXCEPT Medical Bills (For medicines). He submitted fake Medical Bills including a fake VAT number on it total of Rs.8000 (Approx) during the period of his employment and usually other employees were also doing the same practice in the company. NOW MY QUESTION IS : WHAT ARE THE LEGAL ACTIONS CAN BE TAKEN BY THE DIRECTOR AGAINST HIM? WHAT PENALTIES & PROSECUTION HE CAN FACE UNDER LAW? HOW CAN HE SAVE HIMSELF FROM THIS? Thanks & Regards

Hi samir, I am in a situation, hence i wanted to request your kind advise, i would indeed appreciate your help. i think my lawyer is not correctly advising me. so i thought you are the correct person to guide me. my situation is: wife filed RCR then i filed for divorce then she filed 125 and after 1 year of separation, she filed DV my lawer says, if she wins RCR, then your divorce case automatically gets dismissed, is this correct? since it is filed second to RCR, then it is of no value. and if her RCR suceeds, then divorce is dismissed. my lawyer says: if she wins her RCR case, then she can barge into your home, with police, since it will be contempt of court my lawyer says: after winning the RCR decree, she can use that to seek residential rights in your house, ( in the dv petition, she has prayed for a separate accomodation along with rent) since she has prayed for separate accomodation and rent. then is it possible that the DV judge can send her directly to my house on the basis of RCR decree. ? in RCR she says she wants to live with me, but in DV she says that her life will be at threat if she lives with me...... in hurry, i said 'yes' to a question posted to me in my cross examination in her RCR case, where she accussed my father of dropping her to her native place forcibilly, but the fact was, she insisted on going home, so my father dropped her, now will this 'yes' backfire on me? i will indeed appreciate your kind help and advise. thanks
