Hello, I am credit card holder of HDFC bank and its current due amount is 70000. Card is suspended because i did not paid since july 2015 because i lose my job in dubai, Now after canceling my visa from dubai employer i came to india and jobless. Now after several attempt of bank to recovery they file a case in lok adalat. My parents got notice from lok adalat to appear me in court. 10 days ago i came to dubai to find a new job and get last salary from my old company. I am ready to pay due amount as i am not intentional defaulter. But now bank is forcing me to appear in lok adalat and clear dues. Now i am not in position to pay single money. i can clear after 2 month. So suggest what i can do now to make understand my parent as my mother is blood pressure patient and worried to much about police to come in my home. Please any one help me with any suggestion.

a corporate giant has filed a civil defamation suit against me my editor and ceo. i have moved an application to open a mjc on several charges of perjury against plantiff no. 2 and have plans to get the suit dismissed on the grounds that the case is not maintainable because the four news reports drubbed libel was filed in wider public intrest soon after an incident of fire . I am a working journalist associated with a english news paper. could i file the application under order 7 rule 11 of CPC seeking dismissal of the suit because law has protected us from defamation in reports of public good and filed soon after any incident. We have also received international merit award for the reports from for CJI M K Lodha. kindly guide. i am representing the case in person.

Is TOPA ( Tenant opportunity to purchase act ) or RFR ( right of first refusal act ) is applicable for the tented properties in India specially in Kolkata, my landlord is going to sell one commercial shop room to a third party at a cost of Rs. 20 lacs and I am ready to buy the same but neither he is considering my proposal to sell off to me nor giving any written notice to intimate officially regarding proposed Transfer of title by means of sale agreement hence I am unable to give any written counter proposal to buy the same although I am ready to purchase it at his stipulated price. Please suggest course of action now and in future if he sells the shop room to third party ??? I have been paying monthly rent to the Ld rent controller of Kolkata municipal Jurisdiction and tenancy is governed by West Bengal Premises Tenancy Act 1997.

Dear sir, i 40 years got married on 17/7/2013 as I m in Central Govt. & my wife 40 Years is in State govt. job. Due to our job and not staying together, she has filed a police complain for harrashment in which i have been called for mediation at SDOP-FMC (Police) where she state for divorce on 05/4/2015. Now i filed sec-9 RCR and application to TI(SHO) & SP for mediation and settlement in which she has again state to seek divorce on 23/6/2015. I have both statement and order sheet true copy. finally, I filed divorce case u/s 13(a) on 23/8/2015 in which she appeared with her counsellor and asked for mediation to the court. My query is as follows:- (1) If she turn up her mind to stay together and whereas i am not interested then what will be the next procedure after failure of mediation. (2) Is she eligible to get financial help u/s 24 & 125 since she is in State Govt. permanent job with salary of rs. 27000/- PM with no kid. (3) what will be the next proceeding after failure of mediation. (4)How long will go divorce proceeding and how much are the chances for getting divorce based on the above said order sheet since I filed divorce case. Regards sandeep

wife has been deserted from her matrimonial home. later lodged a complaint before state woman commission. woman commission directed respondent husband to pay rs.2000 to wife but same he did not complied. thereafter the wife approached the family court under crpc section 125 for maintenance. the family court upheld the order of the woman commission. now what is the way?
