Hi, Actually its been two years of my marriage. Since then there were sort of problems with inlaws in terms of demands. My inlaws manipulates my husband. He also used to quarrel with me all the time n abuse me. My mother and father , sister in laws used to taunt me everytime that your father has not given this things that things. We got so much good proposals for our son whowere ready to give handsome amount with car and plot.....This made me so harrassed ....but still I ignored things to save my married life. But on november things became so cruel with me...... My parents bearing our expenses. I have 1 year old son, n now in Dec i have filled a case against my in laws in domestic violence, dowry, also on my husband for maintenance, as since the day I got married my husband did not taken my responsibilities n now for his child too. As if now my husband is urging day by day to withdraw a case and reconcile an issue through women cell. He is saying he want to live with me anyhow n please get agree and come with me. We both have a reconciliation on next week at Women Cell. He wants things to be settle there and move on with new life. Now i m confused and notable to trust also on my husband. As already I have filed a case against him and his family in front of Judge in family court. Now its too late to rethink I said to my husband as within a few days he might willl recieve a NOTICE from court. Even I too want to save my marriage, I have not filed for DIVORCE. I have filed case because my inlaws beaten n abused with me n provoked my husband for that. Thats why i took action against them. I love my husband very much. N now m helpless what should i do. Now pls suggest me what to do ??

Kindly help me out regarding this question- LIC entered into agreement with my client for taking building on rent for 15 years but after 4 years he infringed the agreement and vacate the premises after giving due notice... 1. what law favour landlord in this situation???? 2. Latest Case Law 3. About Jurisdiction. kindly help me as soon as possible.

I am Anand. I have married a woman in 1988. She was a minor when i married her. I have two children(a boy and a girl) with her who are now majors. And in 1992 I left her not through a divorce from court but through registrar office. She has signed that she doesn't want any alimony from me. and from then we have been living apart. It has been 24 years. I remarried in 1993 and have two children(two girls)(majors) with her also. Now, my first wife is threatening me that she will file a case against me according to 494 section though I have been sending her money every month from many years. What should i do now? Is 494 bailable? I am from Andhra Pradesh. Can i claim my marriage void as it has been more than 24 years? or void because she was a minor? What is my responsibility on her children? What will be the situation of my second wife? can my first wife file a case on my second wife under any section? I live with my second wife. Please give me suggestions.

Respected sir, I filed suit for perment injunction they having fabricated and fraudulent document defendent having no right at all over the suit property, but defendent having the possession, my councel wrongly done the above prayer and have not file petition order2 rule 2 so I.A.dissmissed and i am the plintiff but i dont have any idea about those things my councel is done ,now problem comes the defendent not allowing me to give liberty to file fresh suit and defendent side mentioned to the judge with some case law not to give liberty. so badly need your help kindly advice me with CASE LAW. thanks a lot
