Sir, I have filed one tenant eviction case at Presidency small causes court calcutta in the month of Mar'2014, and till date 5 dates have been given out of that 3 dates have been missed by respondent and 1 date by Judge as a result the pace of movement of case is very slow, so far I could not appeal for Commissioning, so at this stage can i file/appeal for fast track court.

dear sir,i had asked this query in general forum but am unable to get answers.....three years back in college,police filed a case of ragging against us,my name was not mentioned by victims but i was also arrested as i was present in the hostel vicinity,the case is going in magistrate court,i have got offer as po in psu bank and after consulting with experts on this site,i wrote the status of the case,all this while (approx 4 months)the bank said nothing,now when i called them they told that with pending case no allotment will be given.........sir is there any defense available...am unsure when case will be over.....another of my friend in same case was given conditional job in another psu bank....how the rule of appointment changes in both cases....finally is there any explicit law or judgement which supports my case(job with case pendency) or goes against it,i have been searching,but could not find..thank you sir

my friend eloped(ran away with mutual concent) with a minor girl 2 years back,now she is adult and staying with her husband,they have 1 year child but that time her parents lodged fir on him IPC 366A, if they go back(surrender) what will happen(police and court what will do) please reply
