I am in relationship with a guy since 3 years. We know each other for past 10 years. We studied in the same school.We were happy in the relationship and had normal fights like other couples do, nothing drastic.We both signed a contract that we are in relationship and will end up married.I have all conversations with my lover recorded in my phone with his awareness and he too has recorded conversations. But i doubt he is cheating on me.He promised to marry me but keeps postponing.Once when me and my parents put pressure on him, he asked his friends to abuse me.He has accepted this in facebook chat that he asked his friends to abuse.After that we fought and i abused him too.My parents talked to his parents and his parents gave assurity that they will marry us to each other and his mom told that I am her daughter-in-law no matter what.But even after all this he is dodging from marriage and still now telling some reasons to avoid marriage.He is telling he cant marry me now as his elder borther has to get married but his elder brother told clearly that my lover has to marry me and need not postpone his marriage for his marriage sake.But still he is dodging marriage. He asks me to not talk to him and acts disinterested in me always.When my parents went to his home to ask again for marriage, he insulted and disrespected my parents. When I called and asked him he said he wont marry me and switched off his phone and escaped. I have evidence for our relation and photos together, voice records, facebook chats, gmail chats.Can I file a case against him for breach of trust and cheating, false promise of marriage and cheating after having physical relationship. I dont have medical evidence of physical relationship with him but he once came to bangalore to my home and he accepted on phone that he had physical with me and on video chats too. Please guide me

i have joined company on 5th september & now i want to leave company. Can i leave company without notice period. As per my offer letter: " You will be on probabtion period for six months from your date of joining. You will be deemed to be on probation until you are given a letter confirming your services in the company. during the probation period, your services can be terminated by either side without giving any notice or assigning any reason. Post confirmation,your services can be terminated by giving two months written notice from either side or payment of salary(basic) salary in lieu thereof." plaese help sir well i was working in a state govt university as an assistant prof.(on full scale-Sanctioned Post of Gujarat Govt.) on probation of 2 years. every year i got appreciation letters from higher authorities of the university for additional and good work. i never received any memo or notice or improvement warning to my work conduct/discipline during probation. But surprisingly & shockingly before one month of the completion of my probation. i received termination letter in my hand. when i asked about reasons to terminate my services through RTI. they mentioned three reasons for my termination are 1) Annual Confidential Reports were spoiled by my Concerned Head of Departments 2) one inquiry regarding my misconduct 3) work Experience certificate was found forge. All above mentioned charges don't you think so punitive and stigmatic in my case and also never communicated all above charges to me ever during service. Even though if termination is smpliciter but atleast they will have give me warning or notice for improvement. Moreover i have filed case regarding promotion in Hon-able High Court of Gujarat before this incident happen. I am 100 % sure this malafied intention. straightway without notice i was terminated Is this possible without follow the procedure of Principle of natural justice Kindly let me know what are the chances to win this case in my favor. Then i filed application regarding my case in Gujarat Educational Tribunal. but finally they didn't consider the facts of my case they dismissed my appeal by saying that it's simpliciter termination. Now recently i appealed in Honorable High court Gujarat. Sir/Mam kindly let me know that what are the chances to win this case. and suggest me suitable steps in this regard. thanks & regards !!!!!!!!!!

Dear. my property is renta. approx 2 year and party is not retain my property.hi is not give my property. and all so state my property.my property agreement is fines . we have not renewal. and hi is go court and suit file.and is till court .i have no other opposition. is sa court give sum time that i will retain this property.and same part is give my second property 3 (year) rent agreement. and 2(years) GEB minimum light bill.agreement to GEB. and is not pay my rent and minimum bill, after approx 6 month. we have give three notes . so pl give any advise and related judgement. pl help me.
