Legal notice supressed before court

Hello Sir,

In one of the cases, the legal notice was issued by the accused to some person and a reply was sent with acknowledgment and received by the advocate. But the same advocate file complaint before the court and in that complaint, he did not mention the contents of the legal notice, and nowhere mentioned that he received a reply from that person. Based on this false complaint the fir is lodged. Sir how to prove before the court about the suppression of legal notice?

Submit copy of reply along with postal receipt and A.D and original notice sent by Advocate in court and prove the documents by adducing evidence.
