I applied for passport of minor daughter born from my second wife in India. Second Wife has my name in her passport but my passport has first wife name. Now passport office asking to submit copy my passport.
Will presence of my first wife name in my passport have impact on issuance of passport of "minor daughter" from second wife? if, yes then what is the law and regulation say about such matter?
any previous case law pls share?
Note : I am a Muslim and as per personal law, Muslim can marry again without divorcing first wife.
