2. HOW PROTEST PETITION CHALLENGED IN HIGH COURT .

Quick Summary
This discussion clarifies the role of respondents in a protest petition, typically the police and the accused, especially when challenging a police closure report. It explains that a protest petition can be filed as a defacto complainant. What is the protest petition are you referring here about?

\Is it about the closure of FIR by police and submitting the closure report before the judicial magistrate?

In that case you can file a protest petition as the defacto complainant, and the respondents will be police and the accused.

You can approach high court to challenge the court's order by filing a petition under section 482 cr.p.c.

You can file the  revision petition before high court after the judicial magistrate court dismisses your protest petition and not before that
