Withdrawal of counterclaim

If any one ( the wife) wants to withdraw her counter claim in the Family Court, how it can be done? A withdrawal petition or is there any specific format in the Family Court?

File memo to permit to withdraw the court may permit it is not mandatory it is on courts discretion .
