Where a Statutory notice has been issued u/s 433 r/w 434 of Com Act 1956, and period of 6-7 months have lapsed in such case what is the time limit for filing winding up petition.
e.g. Notice was issued in sometime June 2012 and winding up petition has been filed in sometime January 2013, what is the status under this situation ?
I request to please provide statutory provision providing time limit for filing winding up petition after issuance of notice and expiry of 21days.
