Wife email

sir, during my stay out of India, she was with my parents and at that time she send emails to me regarding that my parents, sister and her husband are threatening her . although i didn't reply that email but prior to that email she sent other emails also in which i replied like you are lying and all that... does that email in which she said that my parents, sister and her husband is threatening her of throwing her out of house is valid evidence or not in 498a cruelty part........

if the emails were saved in its original form then it will be a valid evidence in the court .

Emails are valid evidence as per sec 65[B] of  Evidence Act.

Sir, my question is that kya emails sent by wife to me regarding complaint against my family can be used by her as evidence as that time my family was torturing her..

Yes emails sent by your wife to you can be used as evidence.Thease emails will be treated as corroborated evidence .
