Water leakage problem

Respected All,

 

I am a member of a society, now water leakage problem is in my flat from last two years, I also complaints 2 times to society and now also complaint to BMC from last two years in Mumbai, and now BMC gave 15 days notice to the society, but still society is not taking any action to solve my flat water leakage problem.

BMC Notice period is now over.

Water leakage is coming from terrace.

Please guide me what to do now, I am regularly paying maintenance to the society.

Note : Leakage is coming in kitchen where Fan and Tube Light is fixed and now Shock Circuit is also occured last year and now a day tooo much water is coming from kitchen ceiling.

Please advice me.

if that is the case then you need to serve a legal notice to the society through an Advocate and latter on file your complaint with the co-op. society court against your society and its office bearers.
