Waaris and property rights

Hello mam, greetings of the day.
The story of Waaris goes like, the widower Kishan Singh prepares a will stating that his ancestral property is equally divided among his two sons, Gajjan and Dulla while the son of Gajjan, Shravan will inherit the farm land. Dulla was infuriated because his three sons, Thade, Dara and Chhote weren’t gien any property. Dulla gets into an argument with his father and Kishan is killed in the process. Dulla is caught by the police and is jailed leaving his sons to be raised by Gajjan. Years later Shravan marries Paramji and Dulla's sentenced gets completed. He then schemes with goons and gets Shravan killed. As Shraan doesn’t have any heir, Dulla and his sons plan on to take his property. Paro suggests Gajjan to re-marry her younger sister, Shibo to stop this from happening. Shibo marries Gajjan and gives birth to a boy, the waaris.
