Sir, One of my client has paid 3.5 Lakh for purchasing land as payment to the landowner by (cheque)CASH payment in return landlord has given his acceptance of 3.5lkh on 100/-Rs Stamp paper for selling his land. I would like to know what is the legal validity for such document
