Urgent - tahsildar refusing to give more time

Hi all,

The owner "A" of a piece of land has signed a registered irrevocable GPA to "B".

GPA holder "B" has executed an agreement with a developer "C" granting possession of the land.

Recently, owner "A" has executed a sale deed in favour of "D".

An objection has been filed in Tahsildar's court, based on which the Khata transfer is on hold.

In the first hearing, GPA holder "B" was absent, so developer "C" has impleaded into the case.

In the second hearing, lawyer for developer "C" has requested more time to file objections and written arguments.

The tahsildar has set a short date of 2 weeks and has warned the developer "C" that no more extension would be given.

He wants "C" to file both objection and written arguments on that day, so that he can take a decision on the case.

It looks like the Tahsildar has been bribed by "D" to close the case as soon as possible so that he can get the Khata.

Can the developer "C" file a suit against the Tahsildar that would restrain him from deciding on the case without giving adequate time to "C".

Please advise. It is urgent as the final hearing is only 10 days away.

Thank you.

Kumar.
