My grandfather lived in BBMP allotted rent house in late 50's later all his elder son left him and only my father was taking care his parents and paying rent untill 1999 and later my father bought the property from BBMP. after that we built the house and during housing warming ceremony also his bother attended about 12 years back..few months back we decided to sell the house..now my father's elder brother and sons are issued court notice ..mentioing that my father forged the documents..( My father bought from Govt ..my grandfather never owned the house )
Now we are in middle of house registration, the buyer paid advance and sale agreement is through..
