I am a respondent/defacto complainant, party in person and had received a show cause notice from High Court, to which I have replied. I would like to know, what is the next step which would be followed, so that I can prepare myself for that.

You are not able to understand my question, I understood you are a respondent,  it depends upon the kind of cases. Many cases will be resolved after reasoning the notices in settlements. If there are gross diferences and when it is not possible to be setteled outside the court then, then they may file a petition/case in the courts of law against you, and you will be summoned to attend the court to deal with it..........
