Dear Sir/ Madam,
I have been living in a CHS for the last 20 yrs, We have 8 Stilt parkings and 8 Open space parkings(1 Incl.Mine), although every time the building / terrace goes under repairs the same 4 Open Parking spots(1 Incl.Mine) practically once in 2 years for 6months or more are requested to be emptied for construction materials, rubble & workers home, as these open spaces are larger.
It is a constant inconvenience for me as my car is parked on the road and suffers damages every time, which the society refuses to pay, the society does not want to inconvenience any other parking slots or even discuss the matter.
To me it feels unfair, is there anything in the laws & rules that can assist me in this predicament.
Any assistance is greatly appreciated.
