Due to rainy season, we were applied lay-off for July-19 to Sept-19, The case is under hering stage, we need the detailed note on "does contract labour is eligbile for 50% wages are not".
If any detailed notes is available please share or suggest me with sections and rule.

Information solicited:
1. Please provide a copy of order/notification/circular that states about payment of 50% wages to Contract Labour during lay off.
Also, search in google and you can find earlier rulings on the subject.

As per agrrement check notice period. Give the notice and no need pay the lay off comapensation to the contract labour.
