Tukade bandi act 1949

Respected sir, my mother had purchase a land in rural area and build a house which now comes under tukade bandi act 1949 and grampanchayat is now asking to remove construction. 8A extract is made in favour of my mother, land is unused agricultural land, near to villege, now siut is filed in court. What about tukade bandi law and what about registered sale dead, is constuction void.
