Trying for bail
hi, I am Rakesh, I am trying for bail of my father, details as follow:
Case registered: 12 April 2013
Father retired: 14 Aug 2014
Arrest: 9 Feb 2015 (surrendered to police station)
Under: 409, 420, 34
Bail has been rejected in JMFC court on 16 Feb 2015.
Bail has been rejected in Session court on 3 March 2015.
Bail application had been submitted in high court, but we withdraw it (without argument) on 15 April 2015.
Now, 65 days completed for arrest(409 & 420), yet charge sheet is not submitted because one accused person is still not arrested.
2 accused persons released on bail in session court after 60 days, but their names are not in FIR.
section 409: up to 10yrs or life time.
So please tell me what can I do for my Father's bail?
Please help me.
