I want to purchase a vehicle from Chandigarh ( with RTO paid life time). I am resident of Punjab. I want to know the procedure for transfer of ownership.
Do I need to pay the Punjab tax again or only the NOC will do it all?
Do I need to change the registration number. If yes, can I do it without paying Punjab Tax?
