My grandfather left behind a flat in Delhi -- its ref. given in unregistered will as per which it should finally go to his only grandson (me) after his unmarried son & issueless widow daughter are not alive.
As all the children of my grandfather are now expired & -- with only grandson (me ) & grand daughter (my married sister) left behind. All children of my grandfather are not alive neither anybody else in younger generation. As Elder & Younger brother of my father remained bachelor till death. My father's sister (our Buaji) also remained issueless widow till death & lived with our family.
My. mother & my married sister will sign the relinquishment deed for transfer of the property in my name. What other procedures/ activities need to be done for transfer of the ownership of flat . Pls. advise.
