traffic chalan case

sir I was fined RS 100 by traffic police for driving without helmet , I gave a spot fine. Now in police verification form for government job they ask whether you have been fined by court of law? what should I write yes or know.

if you get receipt of that chalan than say yes and explain it and if you not get chalan than say no.

No problem. It is only traffic police fine. But not court fine. Court and Police are different.
