Hello,
I am a resident of Noida and own a flat in newly constructed society. Recently my builder got Temporary Occupency Certificate from Authority for 2 yrs. As per my understanding there is no Temporary Occpency Certificate its only Part OC.
If builder dont get CC in 2 yrs limit what action authority can take. And also confirm in TOC flat registry is possible or not.
