Rules famed in 2003 are applied in 2008. Where is the question of old rule sbeing followed.  You have to suffer for continued confusion of mind.

You have posted that:

-In your case in 2008, General Insurance C.D.A.Rules 1975 was applied.

While your company have formed their own Conduct Discipline Appeal Rules in  2003.

-In other cases of other employees, prior to your suspension/disciplinary proceedings, new rules of 2003 were applied. However in which year this has happened in case of other employees?

What exactly is the difference between the two set of rules and what defense you are aiming at?
