Dear Sirs,
My wife (46) had to undergo a surgery of pituitory tumor in one of the reputed hospitals in Mumbai in July 2014.
However, she was brought out from the OT in comatose condition & she is still unconscious since last 47 days.
Moreover, she has infections, fever & many more complications.
Our request to waive off the expenses over & above the budgeted amount is not considered by the hospital.
We were not informed about such kind of complications prior to the surgery or during the surgery.
I want to have some legal help from individuals or forums who can fight this on compassionate grounds.
