one of the tenant have taken 10 blank promisory note from us . and filed a suit against us for require of the total amount 300000/- (Thirty lakhs ) before the court. i have oppinted one laywer , but she dont attained the court properly. and he also got attachement on my property with I.A .  please guide me step by step how to deal with case.
