Suit for declaration of title

What is meant by SUIT FOR DECLARATION OF TITILE?I am in possession and enjoyment of of an agricultural land but the other person had created a wrong registraion document and trobling me everytime.How to file iT?How much it will cost?What is the procedure in it?

Whether you possess legal ownership title of the disputed agriculture land.. if yes, you can file a criminal complaint or else you can filed civil suit for declaration of title as well as cancellation of wrong registered document created by the person.
