Hello,

You should not do any illegal thing which can be challenged or which is punishable under IPC.

1. Immovable Property standing in name of Parents, can be Sold /Gifted /Donated /Leased /Mortgaged /whatever.... by Parents, without any legal reference to ANYBODY (including any and all legal heirs or whosoever .... ).

2. By virtue of above, Legal Heirs CANNOT stop or restrict the Parents, in anyway, whatsoever.

Keep Smiling .... Hemant Agarwal

It is necessary to see status of the property. If it is ancestral property adult child can stop it by going to court but if the property is self acquired of parent, owner has right to deal with the property as he likes.
