If a guardian/parents try to sell/lease the parental property without an adult children's consent, what all are the possible ways to stop him/her from doing so legally?
1. Immovable Property standing in name of Parents, can be Sold /Gifted /Donated /Leased /Mortgaged /whatever.... by Parents, without any legal reference to ANYBODY (including any and all legal heirs or whosoever .... ).
2. By virtue of above, Legal Heirs CANNOT stop or restrict the Parents, in anyway, whatsoever.
It is necessary to see status of the property. If it is ancestral property adult child can stop it by going to court but if the property is self acquired of parent, owner has right to deal with the property as he likes.
