Steps to convert muncipal layout to vuda

Dear Sir/Madam,

Good Morning,

My Name is Kumar ,am planning to buy a land of 1 Acre in Kothavalasa, I can see lot of rumors that if you are not local, You should not buy a land which is not vuda approved due to the strangers illegal occupancy, I like that site very much and am planning to construct an house after 10 years once I return back from US. So I need your guidance/help in converting this land to vuda, Could you please share the detail steps I need to get this plot vuda approved.

Sir u can purchase land in any state except J & K.

Before purchase of that land make Title and search report for past 30 years from expert property lawyer.

One must appreciate great efforts AP State Govt has made to stop such fake and multiple sale of land and making Registration Authorities accountable.The Govt has reconducted survey and uploaded every detail in their "mee bhoomi web site. All encumberances, revenue records can be accessed from any where in the world with a click of button. One need not depend on Govt officials and visits are not required. At the same time the culprits are also more smart.. In view of this, as investment is involved, one has to take personal care and attention and contact a sincere advocate and personally attend such transaction. Please observe the position for one more month and decide.
