stay order against builder

I want to take stay order against builder who is making 3rd floor which is illegal and he do not have noc from us!! I am living in first floor 2nd and ground floor 4 do not have objection against construction! Is it possible I can take stay order coz our building is old! Pls reply

if the developmental control rules doesnt permit another floor being built then you can make a complaint to the concerned muncipal authorities to take action

It is not allowed but as you know our MCD is corrupt he have give bribe to them. Can I take stay order from bank!!
