is it possible if someone can guide me or provide me someone's phone number who has experience in property law issues.
In 1988 we built a commercial building on our ancestor land in Karol Bagh and each right owners have their registry for their portion of land and proper deeds, however at that time my taya Ji (who also has his portion in this land) had sold my father' land portion(one of the shop) without my father consent. Now that shop is still closed and the person who illegally possess the land is demanding money to evict. He doesn't have any papers for it except one hand written note having my taya Ji sign on it. What should we do? We have all the papers on my father name and we have not sold that shop.
please advise.
