I am Ravi. Did any one can suggest or help me in my case. Are there any similar cases come accross to any one.
I am the Ex-employee of Canara Bank. I have issued a legal notice to our Disciplinary authority and lodged a police complaint for that I was terminated from service and now the case is in High court. Now this is in final hearing.
Any one can refer any case came to the court, if so what are the judgments.

You are ex-employee whether left due to resignation/terminaion/dismissal/vr/superannuation/retrunchment.
Why and What type of notice and police complaint you have given.
Pz do not expect reply based on imagination
If you have a case in High Court then you have a lawyer also is he not competent.
